While I am certified in REBT and CBT, as an integrative psychotherapist, I don’t utilize one approach over another, but rather draw from different aspects of theory and life for a holistic approach. My work focuses on helping individuals cope with ADHD, Anxiety, and Trauma. and range in ages between 14-60.
